Why the front-panel DSP matters. Every model has filters for desk reflections, room boundaries and tilt, adjusted from that one knob and stored per speaker. Most monitors put these on rear DIP switches, which means nobody ever changes them. Being able to adjust while listening is the practical difference.
The AMT tweeter is a pleated ribbon that moves air faster than a dome for the same excursion. The result is a top end that stays composed at volume and does not fatigue over a long session.
