Microphones. The U 87 Ai is the studio standard, stocked as both a studio set and a stereo set. Below it the TLM series covers most of what a working room needs: TLM 102 and TLM 103 for vocals, TLM 107 and TLM 170 R when you want selectable patterns, the TLM 49 for its warmer, vintage-leaning voice. The U 47 fet handles the sources that defeat a condenser — kick drums, bass cabinets, loud brass — and the U 89 i gives you five patterns in a smaller body.

Studio monitors. The KH line runs from the KH 80 DSP through the KH 120 II and KH 150 to the three-way KH 310 and the full-range KH 420, with the KH 750 DSP subwoofer underneath. These are DSP-corrected and, paired with the MA 1 alignment microphone, will measure your room and compensate for it — which matters more in most Indian rooms than the monitor itself does.
