Denon AVR-X2800H 7.2 Ch Receiver

The Denon AVR-X2800H is a 7.2 channel 8K AV receiver delivering 95 W per channel, with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, eARC, HEOS Built-in streaming, and six HDMI inputs of which three pass 8K.

Channels, and the Atmos layout

Seven amplified channels run either a traditional 7.2 layout with rear surrounds, or a 5.2.2 layout with two height speakers for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The height configuration is what creates sound from above, and it suits a medium sized room. Two subwoofer outputs smooth the bass across the seats.

Video and gaming

There are six HDMI inputs and two outputs. Three inputs and both outputs support 8K at 60 Hz. eARC returns full resolution audio from the television, and ALLM, VRR and QFT support the automatic game mode, variable refresh rate and quick frame transport features of current consoles.

Streaming and size

HEOS Built-in streams online music services and shares them with HEOS speakers in other rooms. The receiver measures 434 x 341 x 237 mm and weighs 9.5 kg.
