Craftec MS45 PRO+ Studio Monitor Stands (Pair)

The Craftec MS45 PRO+ is a pair of height adjustable steel studio monitor stands with a larger 279 mm square top plate, four locking heights from 819 mm to 1124 mm, and a 28 kg load capacity per stand.

The larger top plate

The PRO+ differs from the standard MS45 PRO in its top plate, 279 x 279 mm against 229 x 229 mm, and in its load capacity, 28 kg against 26 kg. The wider plate gives full support to 8 inch monitors and other large cabinets, which overhang the smaller plate.

Adjustment and stability

A locking pin sets four heights: 819, 920, 1022 and 1124 mm. A centre safety knob grips the column so the height cannot slip under a heavy monitor. The steel tray has non-slip rubber to hold the monitor and damp vibration, and the 438 mm triangular base sits on leveling rubber feet that isolate it from the floor.

Each stand weighs 4.2 kg and carries up to 28 kg. Set the height so the tweeter sits at ear level at the listening position, and angle the stands so both monitors point at the head.
