Description
The Arturia KeyLab 61 mk3 White is a 61 key semi-weighted MIDI controller with aftertouch, nine encoders, nine faders, twelve pads and a 3.5 inch colour display, bundled with the Arturia V Collection.
Playing and control
The keyboard is semi-weighted with velocity and aftertouch. Nine touch-sensitive encoders, faders and twelve velocity and pressure sensitive pads in four banks sit beside transport and DAW commands, and the colour display with eight contextual buttons shows what each control is doing.
Creative tools
Scale mode keeps playing in key, the arpeggiator adds randomness, and Chord Play voices chords from single notes. The controller supports Native Kontrol Standard (NKS) and integrates with Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase and Bitwig.
Connections
Sustain, expression and auxiliary pedal inputs, MIDI DIN in and out, and a USB-C port that also powers the unit.
