Return & Refund Policy

At Pro Audio Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy to ensure that you can return your purchase and receive a refund.

Returns:
All items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Each item returned will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unaltered, unopened, and unused condition. The returned item must include an intact UPC tag and labels along with all the packing material, manuals, all supplied accessories, and blank warranty cards.

In case of claiming any missing item or item damaged in the transit, the claim should be made within 24 working hours of receiving the package. Any claim made after that will not be covered under our return policies. You can email us at accounts@proaudiobrands.com.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees on all items purchased from us are non-refundable under all circumstances. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once an item is shipped, if refused, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund.

Non-returnable items:
Any underwater equipment that has been used or tested in water cannot be returned. Any product that has been ordered specially or any product that has been tagged as non-refundable on the website cannot be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If a product is received defective, it shall be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. If any product is received incorrectly, please contact us immediately, and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds and Credits:
All refunds take 6-9 business days to reflect on your account. A refund will be initiated after receiving and inspecting your item(s). In most cases, you may expect your refund to be in the form of the mode chosen during the original purchase. All refund checks will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of the original purchase.
